These terms govern your use of the alpha3cubic website. By using the site you agree to them. They are short on purpose — the real terms of any client work live in the written agreement we sign together.
Using this site
The site exists to describe our services and let you get in touch. Use it normally: don't attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at scale or submit content through our forms that is unlawful or abusive.
Information, not an offer
Content on this site — including pricing tiers, timelines and service descriptions — is provided for general information and is a starting point for a conversation, not a binding offer. Every engagement is scoped individually and governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to alpha3cubic and may not be reproduced without permission. For client engagements the position is the opposite of most vendors: as set out in your agreement, you own the code and deliverables we build for you, handed over fully documented with no lock-in.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep its content accurate and the site available, but we make no guarantees that either will always be the case, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alpha3cubic is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability relating to client work is addressed in the relevant engagement agreement.

The site may link to third-party sites and tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their practices.
